Welcome to Wyld Seed Yoga! My name is Tifani, and yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, though it wasn’t until my second pregnancy—a deeply challenging time physically and mentally—that I truly embraced its healing power. During the pandemic, I discovered restorative Yin & Hatha Yoga, which became a turning point in my recovery and deepened my connection to yoga’s transformative and spiritual dimensions.
Inspired by this journey, I completed 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings, focusing on yoga’s roots and its role in fostering healing and social justice. Much of my continued education has touched on Yin and pelvic floor trauma.
As a passionate gardener, I weave nature into my offerings by sharing plants, seeds, and flowers, creating a space for growth and connection.
Wyld Seed Yoga reflects my path of self-discovery and my desire to share the peace, resilience, and joy yoga has brought into my life. I’m grateful to walk this journey with you.
